By using an automated process to stack hundreds of thin layers of carbon fiber, each layer of carbon fiber is staggered at a 45-degree angle, and then heated to 120 degrees in an autoclave, and finally processed with micron precision. This reinforced structure provides excellent protection for the case like armor and is firmly fixed by 20 spline screws.
